Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of the NURO AI Automation Masterclass. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a limited refund window subject to the conditions described below. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a refund.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with the NURO AI Automation Masterclass, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, provided all eligibility conditions below are met.

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • Within the 14-Day Window

    Your refund request must be received within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be honored.

  • Less Than 25% Course Content Accessed

    You must have completed or accessed less than 25% of the total course content (measured by our platform's progress tracking). If you have consumed a substantial portion of the course, a refund will not be issued.

  • No Account Violations

    Your account must not be under investigation for or found to have violated our Terms of Service — including but not limited to sharing account credentials or unauthorized distribution of course content.

  • Submitted via Email

    Your refund request must be submitted via email to support@nuromarketing.com with the required information as described in Section 3 below.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your card issuer or bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in any of the following circumstances:

  • ×The refund request is submitted more than 14 calendar days after the original purchase date
  • ×More than 25% of course content has been accessed, viewed, or completed at the time of the request
  • ×Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • ×You initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer prior to submitting a refund request to us. Filing a chargeback constitutes a breach of this policy and may result in permanent account termination
  • ×You purchased during a promotional, discounted, or special enrollment period where the terms explicitly stated non-refundable
  • ×You are requesting a refund for an account that was shared with or accessed by another person
  • ×The refund request is based solely on a change of mind after consuming a significant portion of the course
  • ×You have received a previous refund from NURO Marketing on any prior purchase

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, send an email to support@nuromarketing.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"

Your email must include the following information:

  • Full name used at registration
  • Email address associated with your NURO University account
  • Date of purchase
  • Order ID or payment confirmation number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
  • Brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful for improving the course)

Processing Timeline

  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  • We will verify eligibility (purchase date, progress, account status) and respond with a decision within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account

Upon approval of your refund, your access to the NURO University Platform and all course content will be revoked immediately. Refunds are issued once and we reserve the right to decline re-enrollment at a later date after a refund has been granted.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about your purchase, we strongly encourage you to contact us at support@nuromarketing.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues directly and fairly.

Initiating a chargeback without first requesting a refund through our process constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy. In such cases:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • You forfeit any right to a voluntary refund
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence of your course access and these policy terms
  • We may permanently ban your account from future enrollment

Changes to This Policy

NURO Marketing reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your refund eligibility. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
